Kiwami

Kiwami is a first harvest matcha from the sun-drenched fields of Kagoshima, distinguished by its full-bodied character and effortless balance. Grown in soils shaped by centuries of volcanic activity, it carries the quiet confidence of a region that needs little introduction.

Each preparation reveals a harmonious interplay of flavors — medium umami that grounds without overwhelming, a gentle nuttiness that adds warmth and dimension, and a bitterness so restrained it simply recedes, leaving the cup clean and inviting. Its body is substantial yet never heavy, its finish smooth and composed.

Crafted for those who value balance as much as depth, Kiwami is equally at home in traditional usucha and modern milk-based preparations — a ceremonial-grade matcha that moves fluidly between ritual and everyday pleasure.
